Problem

Healthcare professionals, hospitals and industry representatives often struggle with disjointed communication and organisation of their interactions. Without a central platform, records are scattered, leading to inefficiencies in collaboration and decision-making.

Goals & Strategy

The primary goal is to improve collaboration and productivity among healthcare professionals, hospitals and industry representatives by providing a unified platform for communication and file management. The strategy includes prioritising user-centric design to ensure ease of use and adoption, promoting seamless integration with existing workflows, and implementing robust security measures to protect sensitive information.

To better understand our users, we conducted comprehensive research. This involved detailed user analysis, segmenting them based on their unique characteristics and needs. This led to a thorough UX audit, defining key milestones and methodologies with our team. User stories and problem statements were crafted to encapsulate the user experience, and user flows were designed to map their journey. Finally, we conducted UX testing using an interactive prototype to ensure that our solutions were user-centric and effective.
